Its standout feature is the 5.0kW dual ultra-rapid wok burner, designed for high-heat cooking, large pots, frying pans and wok cooking. The remaining four burners provide a practical mix of rapid and auxiliary heat zones for boiling, frying and gentle simmering.
The cooktop features a brushed stainless-steel surface with durable cast-iron pan supports. Front-mounted control knobs provide convenient operation, while automatic electronic ignition makes starting each burner simple. A flame-failure safety valve is fitted to the gas burners, automatically stopping the gas supply if a flame is accidentally extinguished.
This unit is set up for natural gas, with LPG conversion nozzles included by Smeg.
